Linda Gail Bartlett, age 67, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Pennington Gardens Assisted Living in Chandler, AZ after a lengthy illness of C.A.D.A.S.I.L. resulting in early-onset progressive dementia. She was born January 17, 1951 at Presbyterian Hospital Olmsted Memorial in Los Angeles CA to Earl Oliver Bartlett and Ruth Irene (Brown) Bartlett.
Linda loved writing poetry, traveling, photography, spending time on ocean beaches, flower gardening, adored her Pomeranian dogs, and in the past was a Taekwondo instructor in Lewis County, Washington.
She will lovingly be remembered by her children: Tammy Lee (Berry) Douglas with her husband David Douglas of North Ogden UT and Jerry Rowdy Harold Berry with his wife Theresa Lynn Berry of Vancouver WA.
Linda is also survived by siblings Mary Jean (Bartlett) Dobyns with her husband Lonnie Dobyns of Lewiston ID, Debbie Lynn (Bartlett) Mitzlaff with her husband Mark Mitzlaff of Poulsbo WA, and James Jimmy Allen Bartlett of unknown location. Siblings preceding her in death were Billy Jim Bartlett with his wife Violet Vi Rose Bartlett, and Betty June (Bartlett) Mayner with her husband Ed Mayner.
Linda is also survived by five grandchildren: Rowdy Jerry R.J. Berry with his partner Stephanie Murray and their daughter Rowyn Avenly-Bliss Berry, Lacey Dawn Berry with her husband Daniel McConnell and their son Jaxson Lee McConnell, Andrew L. Grabhorn, Trinity Joy Douglas, and David Benjamin Douglas.
Her nieces and nephews include Jeff Mayner, Jolene (Mayner) Peake, Billy Bartlett Jr., Patty Bartlett, Gail (Bartlett) Zone, Shawna (Robinett) Riebe, Joe Robinett, Celeste (Pence) Paxton, Vaughn Aust Jr., Kaleb Aust, Joshua Kruse, and their children and grandchildren.
