Jeramy is survived by his father Tim Davis & wife Vicki of CO, his mother Jean Burtlow of Phoenix, sister Amber Davis of CO, brother Benny Berg & wife Gabbie of WY, brother Ryan Flebbee of CO, brother Andy Flebbee of CO sister Lindsey Flebbee of CO. Best friend Joe Garcia of Phoenix, girlfriend Kim Shell of CO friend Tobi of Phoenix, son Kody Davis of CO son Jadyn Davis of New Hampshire, daughter Kaelyn Davis of New Hampshire, extended children Torree Barrett, Carley Barrett,& Lana Barret all of Phoenix, numerous Aunts Uncles, nieces, nephews, & cousins,
Jeremy worked as a manager at little Caesars for 15 years had numerous jobs he had a heart of gold & would do anything for anyone. He will be greatly missed by all.
